Tech Meet-Up Mojácar — Building a Local Tech Community
In October, we hosted our first Tech Meet-Up at DeskSpace in Mojácar — and it was a great success! There was a genuine buzz in the room and a clear appetite to do it again soon. It’s exciting to see a local tech community starting to take shape right here in Mojácar. Take a look at the event page for the previous event for photos and more information.
What’s It All About?
We’re creating a relaxed, informal Tech Meet-Up Mojácar — a friendly get-together for anyone interested in technology. You don’t have to work in IT to join in. Whether you love gadgets, design, coding, digital creativity, or simply enjoy chatting about the online world, you’ll fit right in. You don’t have to commit to attend everyone.
We started this because we thought it would be fun to bring together local tech-minded people. Over time, we hope it’ll become a space to share ideas, make connections, and maybe even spark new collaborations.

Come along, meet others who share your interests, and stay on afterward to use our coworking space free of charge for the rest of the day. We’ve got great WiFi, coffee, and good company!
We know not everyone can make this date, so we’ve also created a Mojácar Tech Community on Facebook.

Come along to the event, it’s free – and you’re welcome to stay and use our coworking space FOC for the remainder of the day. We have good WiFi. We’re still in a testing phase – and would really help us to ensure our processes can handle a larger number of people in the space.
