These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of the services provided by DeskSpace Mojácar (“DeskSpace,” “we,” “us”) via our website www.deskspace.es, WhatsApp, and our physical coworking space in Mojácar, Spain. By using our website, WhatsApp, or services, you agree to these T&C.
1. Booking and Use of Services
1.1 All bookings for desks, meeting rooms, or other services must be made through our website, WhatsApp, or in person.
1.2 Booking is confirmed only after payment is received or otherwise confirmed by DeskSpace.
1.3 DeskSpace reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking in cases of misconduct or violation of our rules.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
2.2 Accepted payment methods: cash, card, or Bizum.
2.3 Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2.4 No refunds will be issued unless explicitly agreed or as required by Spanish consumer law.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Cancellations must be made at least [e.g., 24 hours] before the booked session to qualify for a refund.
3.2 Refunds (if applicable) will be issued via the original payment method.
3.3 DeskSpace may cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, emergencies). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
4. Conduct and Use of Facilities
4.1 Users must behave respectfully and follow all house rules and instructions.
4.2 DeskSpace is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
4.3 Users may not use the space for illegal activities, harassment, or any activity that disrupts others.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All content on www.deskspace.es, including images, text, logos, and branding, is the property of DeskSpace or its licensors.
5.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
6. Privacy and Cookies
6.1 Your personal data will be processed according to our Privacy Policy.
6.2 Our website uses cookies in accordance with our Cookie Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 DeskSpace will make reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted services.
7.2 DeskSpace is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or facilities.
7.3 Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Spanish law.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&C are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Almería, Spain.
