Following our Tools For Happiness workshop, there was a request for “more!”. You don’t need to have attended the previous workshop.
Event Hosts
Jeanna Park
Local Coach, Counsellor & Psychotherapist Jeana Park from JMP Training will be leading the workshop.
Jeanna has years of experience supporting people in building emotional resilience and personal clarity. Her background in psychotherapy informs a grounded, compassionate approach that supports individuals in understanding their inner lives and unlocking greater well-being. You can book a place on the workshop via Jeanna on WhatsApp: 711 010 329
Jeanna is also available for clients in Mojácar — currently on Fridays.
As we approach Christmas, many people find this time of year emotionally challenging. It’s completely okay not to feel okay. Your feelings may have nothing to do with the holidays at all — they might stem from something happening in your life, family, or work.
As a professional therapist, Jeanna is available to listen, support, and help you work through whatever you’re experiencing. Together, you can explore tools and strategies to help you navigate your situation with more clarity and ease.
Jeanna offers a free 30-minute consultation. Call or message her to make a first appointment.

The Gratitude Workshop
It will be held on Tuesday 16th December at 11:30am. Let’s plan for 2 hours. Christmas hats / jumpers voluntary!
One of the “Tools for Happiness” we mentioned in the previous workshop was Gratitude.

Research shows that a regular gratitude practice can:
- Improve mood and reduce symptoms of depression
- Enhance sleep quality
- Strengthen relationships
- Increase resilience during difficult times
- Help us notice positive aspects of our lives
We’ll take a deeper look at how gratitude can support our wellbeing, and you’ll also receive a workbook to help you reflect on how to bring more of it into your daily life.
And, in keeping with the theme of happiness… Jeanna has said there will be mince pies! And of course coffee.
Places are FREE and LIMITED to a first come first served basis. To reserve your place, message either Jeanna on WhatsApp: 711 010 329 or Suzanne on WhatsApp: 689 799 842
