Here at DeskSpace Coworking Mojacar, we’re excited to announce our next 90-minute workshop: Tools for Happiness — an uplifting, practical session designed for anyone curious about what truly helps us feel happier, more resilient, and more fulfilled day to day.

It’s been said that even for those of with “moderate mental health”, these tools can boost us into flourishing.

Whether you’re navigating the pressures of work, seeking more balance in your personal life, or simply curious about what the science says about well-being, this workshop is for you.

What You’ll Learn

During this interactive session, you’ll explore evidence-based tools and techniques drawn from Positive Psychology and Psychotherapy — two fields at the forefront of understanding human flourishing.

You’ll take away:

Jeanna Park
Psychotherapist — JMP Training
Jeanna has years of experience supporting people in building emotional resilience and personal clarity. Her background in psychotherapy informs a grounded, compassionate approach that supports individuals in understanding their inner lives and unlocking greater well-being.

Suzanne Hazelton
Positive Psychologist & author of Great Days at Work
Suzanne is passionate about helping people thrive in work environments. Her work combines the science of well-being with practical, actionable guidance. Her book, Great Days at Work, shares methods to boost positivity and performance — and she brings that same approachable wisdom to this workshop.
